Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are processed with a 3.5% fee.
We accept other forms of payment with no processing fee.

Custom Order

Please reach out to us about customizable merchandise.
We can customize certain jewelry and glassware style with color.
Paperweight can have custom images, logos, and melodies.
Certain Inlaid music boxes can have chosen melodies.

Damaged Products

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
Damaged items must be photographed and email to AliceSturzinger@gmail.com ,
Email subject line -Damaged item “shop name” Invoice “#####
A damaged item must be kept for 30 days while the claim is processed, we will advise after this period of item is to be shipped back or discarded.
Shop must comply with damaged investigation claim or may not be entitled to receiving refund/credit.
Shop & Alice Sturzinger will decide the best course of action if item is to be credit on account, refunded or replaced.

Late Fee

If payment is not received within 30 Days of invoice or specified terms, it is subject to a monthly late fee of 2.5%

Payments

We accept ACH, Check, Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
Payments may be subject to processing fee.

Private Label

We are able to offer a selection of our items with private or personalized labels.

Returns

Made to order and special-order products are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized from Alice Sturzinger
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 Days of receiving.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
