Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Alice Sturzinger LLC is only selling to the retail trade. In order to purchase from us at wholesale you need to be running a retail business and have a valid retail tax ID. We reserve the right to refuse registration and orders if they do not comply with our wholesale only policy.

Payment and Billing:

Credit Card on new accounts. We accept MC, Visa, AMEX and Discover. Net 30 with established credit only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your Credit Application.
1½ % monthly finance charge on past due accounts.
$25 service charge on returned checks.
Shipments F.O.B. Montclair, NJ.

Minimums

$250 on opening orders placed online
$100 minimum on re-orders

Customer Satisfaction

We care about the way you and your customers feel about our products and services. After all, your suggestions help us to serve you better. If you’re not completely happy, call us within 7 days of receipt. All exchanges and returns must be approved by Alice Sturzinger, LLC. Save all packing materials if breakage is involved.
